ICE wouldn't have needed a warrant to make that arrest, assuming they had probable cause/valid reason for the arrest.
Also, due process she would get a chance to be heard in court to fight her charges prior to being imprisoned or deported. In this case, I believe her due process will (hopefully) come after her arrest.
I'm curious to know a lot more about this...so not defending or condemning ICE's actions here. I'm a layman...but seems like could have been handled better...BUT she did seem to be running from the cops/agents and resisting arrest and the others did seem to be trying to interfere with the arrest.
