My guess for where Tigers will be drafted in the NFL this yr

Shaq - Mid 1st round (Will shock some people at the Combine with his athleticism at his size)
Mack - Mid to late 1st round (Not sure he'll measure at 5'll as listed. That might hurt him, but the NFL folks will fall in love with him during interviews IMO)
Dodd - 2nd round (Combine probably shows strength, but overall athleticism could come into question)
Kearse - 3rd round (Lost a lot of money down the stretch of the season)
Peake - 5th round (Combine will help him, but his small 8.5 inch hands & medical history will probably scare some teams)
Green - 5th round (Not a lot of production and too many mental busts, but off the charts athleticism probably gets him drafted)
Reader - 6th round (Early season hiatus probably hurts him. Mentality likely gets questioned)
Mac Lain - 7th round (Underwhelmed until this year. Talks too good of a game not to get drafted)
Blanks and Brooks go undrafted. I think Brooks could potentially make a team in the right situation, but Blanks has no chance. He just can't run anymore with those bad knees.

Green is borderline 7th round-undrafted guy.

Don't think any team takes a chance on him personally.

I think measurables and being from Clemson helps him

I definitely see how you'd get 7th round to undrafted, but I think a lot of our guys more than anytime in history will get the benefit of the doubt because of how strong Clemson as a team was overall this year. Most experts still think we were the better team during the National Championship game, but that we just got out coached and sh@# the bed on Special Teams. TJ likely measures at 6'3 210-215 lbs and runs in the low 4.4s at the combine. Those are insane numbers as a Safety.

You don't want to rely on the combine to help you.

Film tells all, and when scouts/coaches are watching film on Shaq, Dodd and Mackensie, they'll see the same things we saw all year with Jayron and TJ. I wish him the best but I don't think he's ready.....Physically? Maybe. Mentally? No.

Re: This tweet was also part of my reasoning for TJ in the 5th

Busts aside, I thought TJ Green had a better year than Kearse and it wasn't really that close. I'd take him higher too. Incredible athlete, great speed and can hit, he just needs some experience. I thought he should have stayed in school to get that, but obviously he was hearing some of this buzz and decided to go.

Disagree on Dodd

Dodd is a first rounder and may very well be taken before Lawson. The scouts are saying he has superior athleticism to Lawson--more "bend" which allows him to succeed as an edge rusher.

I've also seen a few scouts say that about Dodd vs Lawson

However, I bet you won't find 1 single person inside Clemson's locker room (staff, coaches or players) with any first hand knowledge of both guys that will say that Dodd is a better athlete than Shaq.
