Soy marinated salmon inspired by Nobu's Miso Marinated Black Cod. Will see how is.
I was too lazy to go find black cod or miso last night and I wanted to marinate it for at least 24 hours before cooking. The recipe calls for 2-3 days.
Probably just do a stir fried Bok Choy to go with.

Chicken cutlets in lemon and butter.
Little red potatoes I made into hash browns with some bacon and grilled onions..
Green beans.
I have some raspberries and some vanilla ice cream for after.
Very simple meal.

Spicy shrimp and grits here. Hot sauce in the cheese grits and on the shrimp sauteed in bacon grease with diced onions. Grits in the bowl, shrimp on top, then crumble bacon over it.
