anyone from this TNetters group could have coached better for what Muschamp got paid.
How long does CFB and NFl plan to recycle these inept coaches. Very unfair to hardworking citizens like us.
Though it is UofSC, I want them to do well. As our last game every year I want it to count and help us in our rankings. Muschamp has failed Clemson more than Columbia.

Well, JK, this is one of the places where we part ways, probably because you are a Tiger alum while I'm just a 40-year fan:
Every year, I want the Fightin' Chickens to be one game away from bowl eligibility when Thanksgiving arrives. If they beat us, their fans and players get to go to Shreveport or Charlotte for the Belk Bowl. If they fail, not only are we already locked into a bigger game in Charlotte (the ACCCG), but we're also headed to Dallas, Glendale, New Orleans, Santa Clara, Pasadena, Tampa or in a bad year, slumming in Miami.
See, I think the Palmetto Bowl needs to mean more than just "we good, you bad" like it has since Mus arrived.

I use to feel that way until Spurrier beat us 5 straight, and those coots became intolerable!!! So now I want them to lose every game they play by a score of no less than 63-0. With that, I'm as happy as a Bear in a Salmon stream!!!

I live down the road from there. I am guessing in this hot real estate market it will list for ~$3 million. One of my favorite properties on Lake Murray. Kinda feels dirty now though.

I must say that this news almost brings me to tears bc, I have really enjoyed his time as the usuc HC. And personally, that university and it's fan base deserved every minute of what he brought to usuc. I hate that you have to leave Willy!!!

Wow, I thought the meeting they were having today was to give him a raise. I am so surprised cause I thought he was cycling up and Clemson was cycling down. I wish he could have stayed one more year. Oh well who will they get this time? Stoops? Jimmy Johnson? Dennis Erickson? I can't wait.

Muscoot never deserved this at all. I was hoping they’d keep him forever and ever. He was the best at talking about a loss ever. Just couple plays away. He was on top of the world when he’d get a win, oh man he beat Auburn I was hoping he could keep the 3 game streak going for the rest of the season.
Hire him back as director of operations or something!

Interestingly enough minutes after this news broke, one news source was reporting that he had already been hired as an assistant head coach with the Tennessee Volunteers. Guess they jumped the gun and leaked info they weren't supposed to because within 10 minutes they had taken that little fact out of their article. Probably some behind-the-scene backroom deal to lower his buyout costs. Gawd help Tennessee.
