of denial if they truly believe this to be a "lateral move". Since 2011 Clemson has had 11 x 10 win seasons, built the best college football facilities in the nation, and won 2 National Championships - all while maintaining a player graduation rate among the highest in the nation. During this period our teams have earned more rings than fingers on their hands to wear them.
Since 2011 Auburn has done what exactly?? Had 2 x 10 win seasons, lost a BCS Champ game and lived in a state of perpetual underachieving mediocrity??
So no - this is nothing close to a lateral move and yes - we do have a lake...

that Clemson and Auburn have played five times over the last twelve years and Clemson has won four of those games. The one exception is the 2010 game at Auburn when they were paying Scam Newton and one of their defenders speared the Clemson QB breaking his ribs.
During that same time, Clemson has made six CFP appearances, played for four national championships, winning two of them, while Auburn has done...well...nothing other than burn through three head coaches, become a middling program in search of relevance, and go 2 - 6 in a bunch of meaningless insignificant bowl games.

Auburn believes they are even with the Clemson program, all sec teams are delusional about their status. They all believe they are Alabama or really close.
Clemson is a close second to Alabama the last 8-10 years! We have proven to be a top team who competes & beats anyone!
