a good healthy food eating regimen or a good robust exercise program to help your physical ailment rather than writing a prescription for a drug?
Don’t remember a single Doc helping me that way.

Just got an email this week that the family practice I go to now has a dietitian on staff.

Unlike my former boss and his cronies, most people don't get 3 hours to go to the country club for lunch. Granted I don't eat gas station food, but I can see how some people have no other choice when they get only 30 minutes for lunch. Luckily I get an hour lunch and I bring sandwich stuff for the week. Saved so much more money that way.
