No, the system has warts on both sides and shenanigans occur but it is the best system we have. I do believe we should all have to vote on Election Day with strict voter ID and highly scrutinized voter rolls if we truly care about doing better to keep things honest for both sides. I would allow mail in ballots only for the military and seniors or highly compromised groups who have legitimate issues getting to the polls but even that would have to be closely monitored.

Voter fraud is an overstated problem intended to mislead people into justifying restrictions on voting for political gain.
The more early voting the less difficult it is to vote on election day for those that choose to do so. All of these restrictions just open the process up to political hacks making the decisions on who gets to vote for political purposes.
I would much rather everyone who wants to vote, gets to vote easily without political interference regardless of their political persuasion so that our country is as representative of the people's choices as possible.

You do know the Department of Justice works for the executive branch right? The president appoints all of the heads of the DOJ and FBI and can fire anyone who does not perform up to his liking. While you might not like it and it would be "improper" in most people's minds, the power of the DOJ is derived directly from the POTUS. So with that in mind maybe you should be questioning what this current DOJ decides what to investigate and what not to investigate. Or what charges to bring and what charges to not bring. Are you so partisan that you don't care to see that?

This right here. Donald Trump CANNOT be the best the republican party has to offer. The reason the democrats won the last election, is because for the most part they are on the same page. I would not say Trumpsters are far right-wingers. They are populists. Most of them have not the slightest bit of strategy in their minds. Trump takes what should be a slam-dunk election to get rid of Biden and makes it a neck-and-neck contest. This is mainly because moderate Republicans and the real conservatives in the party don't want him.
The race is not for Democrat votes or DT's hard-core and somewhat delusional followers but for the middle voters who only care that the country does not interrupt their pleasures in life. Those middle voters find Trump to be very unpleasurable so they won't vote for him. That is why Republicans lose if they nominate Trump.

They did and it was shown on tv, so there is no denying it. It’s not trash talking when it is a true statement. I am sure their parents must have been real proud of them! Total classless act!
