Man I sure hope that the SCDOT has that stretch of road work between the Blacksburg Exit of 102 and where it ends at Exit 80 finished by next Football season,whatta slow mess of traffic it is and especially on weekdays

Thinks for that bit of information,glad to hear it.It is definitely some tight road on that stretch with the concrete walls and cones.I mean I am not entirely scared as heck of driving that part of I-85 but that deadly major accident of 7 vehicles that happen back in July at mile marker 90 where the Gaffney Outlet Marketplace is at was a eye opener for sure.I go by there when coming from York.

I live in Fort Mill and it is a rough drive no doubt. Dangerous as heck when someone experiences car issues. I have about hit 2 tow truck drivers trying to assist someone because there is no room to pass. They look to still be a few years out imo.

I live in Conway but have a house in York so I take Hwy.5 to Blacksburg to get on I-85 all the time when I go to Clemson.
