I think all retailers should be required to do this, we are the ones paying them, we deserve to know exactly how much, this is not hard. And I imagine a lot of retailers will raise pricing, not due solely to tariffs, but because they can. This lack of transparency opens the door for price-gauging if people do not know where their products were sourced and the tariff applied. This would require an act of Congress, and seeing how hard it was to get warning labels put on cigarettes, best of luck.
