Do you think they would hire Mike leach? I think he would do well there.

I would hire him or Barbers. They cannot keep Taggart. Not after this season.

I hope they don’t ever get Dino. Can you imagine how he’d do with more than one talented player?

No they can’t, don’t they still pay Jimbo or another coach and then you would have Taggaerts money on top of that. Taggart needs a lot of time. There was nothing but a toxic, almost criminal attitude, at Fla St. They may have been loaded with 4/5 talent but I haven’t seen one of them playing as a cohesive unit. They appear to be all braggarts on themselves and perhaps they think they are too good to be coached. Once upon a time we too had a very divided team and fan base, thank God we were blessed to try a wr coach with a vision that brought all of Clemson together starting at our President that meets and spends times with recruits and families, our recruiters, AC, coordinators and especially our divided fan base. We are powerful as 1 unit and that is what we have become. If they give Taggart enough time he may be able to get rid of the problems and get FSU backing him

The Noles won't fire Taggert this season. Great Lord man, even Dabo would have trouble winning with the "$#!++y shape Jimbo left this program in. And what makes you think Leach would do any better?

jimbo checked out early...that is for sure. but if you look at the talent the noles have, they should at the very least be competing in MOST of the games on their schedule. Taggert may not get fired This year, but it is fun talking about it!

I have the impression that the Noles culture is eaten up with an ego cancer that starts at a level higher than Head football Coach.

Culture fix first to weed out the Jimbo garbage and lay down the law. No discipline right now.

Anyone watching CFB on a regular basis can tell that Taggart is NOT the answer FSU was hoping for. His constant new ways of losing games or even being competitive are glaringly obvious. Plus he seems to be quick to throw his players under the bus for the losses. He had plenty of time to at least be competitive, especially at HOME. He never really showed great coaching abilities at any other school, but FSU hired him anyway. They deserve him. Maybe he can recruit great talent, but we will see. If you were a great recruit watching this dumpster fire, would you seriously want to let him ruin your career? Not me.

If the Noles fire Taggart....that school's

Problem isn't the head coach...it's the BOT and administration. They had their heads in the sand Jimbo's last two years and failed to see what was coming. Yeah, the current roster has physical talent...but they're woefully lacking between the ears. That's not on Taggart.
Two years from now, yeah, it'll be on Taggart. It's not remotely on him at this point. If they can him now, it'll be the equivalent of canning Dabo after the '10 season. How would that have worked out for Clemson?

If he was competitive and losing fairly close games I get it, but they are getting their doors blown off each and every week. The team has quit on him much like Louisville and Petrino. There is talent there to be somewhat competitive.
You cannot let this thing spin out of control for 3 years if you are FSU. THEN! There is the turnover backpack. Another strike there. That has to be one of the silliest things I have seen.

I'm guessing Wash St is Leach's last job ala David Cutcliffe.
