I am enjoying Dabo’s genius! It’s obviously intentional - the losses and the wins.
Have to hold back the playbook against the best teams so we have any chance against the App States of the world.

From here on out, a healthy dose of bubble screens and stretch runs into the overloaded side on 3rd down.

I think it’s smart. Don’t want to psyche them out.
Kind of like with Stoudt & Watson; didn’t want to put too much pressure on Watson against Georgia and again against FSU.
But, boy was that first missile he threw against Georgia a sign of things to come.
Hate it also ended up costing us both games and a national title.
Good coaching, though!!!

Yes; his first start at Notre Dame in what I remember was a Top-10 Matchup ruined him.
All 439-yards and 3 TDs. That early pressure really killed him.
