Not anymore, Drill Sergeants are not allowed to hurt the poor lil recruits feelings anymore. In 1989 when I first enlisted they could still get away with using any language they chose and "accidentally" knocking your hat off when trying to fix the alignment.

If Tyler is truly a Marine as Larry Williams is reporting, his Parris Island training was probably more difficult than Clemson NCAA-regulated summer practices.
I'm unsure some of the Clemson big boys could make it through Marine basic training even in 2023. Any Marines out there that can weigh in?
