No raises except for 2 guys with today’s inflation is a pay cut.
Not saying coaches should automatically get raises every year, but that’s a message for only 2 guys to get 50K raises.

I was thinking the same thing. Plus, CJ, Grisham and others only got 1 year extensions where others got 2 year extension. Maybe I am reading too much into it. Regardless, after the Streeter firing, if I am a coach on that staff, Dabo's got my attention.

I have no issues with what each coach is currently making. Really no major raises were needed this year. All of the coaches are making good money.

This past year...sure. Injuries/not signing enough DBs/roster management--none of that is/was his fault--look to the top.
If you need convincing that Reed is not the best assistant we have, don't know what to tell you. Over the years, he has proven to coach up his kids and recruit and eval at an elite level. There is a REASON why he was only one of two assistants who got a raise. He has had plenty of opportunities to leave and make more money--but he likes it here..alot. Very fortunate to have him.

Many of our fans lack critical thinking skills. They take a piece of information and contort it to support their preferred narrative without a single bit of evidence. Note we have the 7th highest paid staff in the country so perhaps we did a salary review and determined the current salary was correct for the coaches who did not get a raise instead thinking adding a year's extension was sufficient.
