He hasn't been a standout performer, which is why he isn't getting mentioned. He's 3rd or 4th string at SAM linebacker.

he's in the mix with Blanks and O'Daniel at SAM spot. He's trailing those two, but he's there and taking snaps in practice.

At SAM we've got Blanks, O'Daniel, and Burrell. Since, like you said, we never hear much about Burrell, I'd be a little nervous if he has to play a lot. But all three of those guys have played a good bit, and we know Blanks and O'Daniel are pretty good.
I don't think we've really got anybody experienced behind Boulware and Goodson, though. And we certainly don't have anybody as highly recruited as the guys we just graduated. Korie Rogers was really the only guy who was highly recruited in that group other than Chad Smith, and Smith is a true freshman. There's been a lot of good stuff said about Jalen Williams, but he's also not very big.

I think our first team D Line will be stellar so that should free the backers up a bit. Kind of worried about our second team DE's as well as second team line backers

I think he was a lower 3-star on Rivals, but it seems like ESPN was closer to being right with as much good stuff as the coaches have said about him.
