He doesn't have the brains to be a D1 OC. Abandoning the run against SCU should have been the end of it.

I've never seen Dabo give up on a stud RB before. It's all Streeter.

We ‘gave up’ on the run vs S.Carolina because S.Carolina loaded the box starting H2.

S.Carolina has outstanding QBs; they blanketed our WRs in 2nd half and didn’t need much Safety help.

Even N.Dame (which has far better OL than us) could not run on S.Carolina during their final 6 plays … when the S.Carolina DL was completely gassed. That was because … wait for it … S.Carolina put 8 men in the box.

Back to Streeter … nobody with a pulse on defense will fail to stop the run at some point on a long drive against a stacked box defense.

Streeter called a OK game against S.Carolina; if he fixes the pass protection so that CK2 doesn’t get Fed Ex’d out of the Orange Bowl, then we will win the game if our QB stops making bad decisions that ruin scoring opportunities.

(CK2 is PLAYING well enough from the physical perspective, but he is showing that the mental adjustment is still a work-in-progress. The near pik 6 and the last play of H1 reveal that.)

They loaded the box because they knew DJ couldn't complete a pass. But then that's another coaching blunder that should have been addressed earlier.

UT has the best run defense in the SEC and country. We will NOT run consistently on them

Not if you look at yards per attempt. Their run numbers look ok because most people choose to pass against a defense that is 126th against the pass.

We have played really well and moved the ball every possession. Give some credit to Tennessee and recognize they have made some good plays and shrunk the field once we got inside the 25. Exactly what we did to Bama in 2018.

Trent Dilfer tried to give us a warning that Streeter was horrible. I respect Dabo for his sense of loyalty, but it's obvious that Streeter is in over his head.
