If we overhauled the roster with some new talent that is hungry to get on the field.

I honestly think that some serious competition for starting spots would go a long way to fix this thing.

Bring in some guys that have shined at smaller schools and have them prove themselves against better competition.

Not saying this is the answer but I would be interested to see the results.

I hope these transfers have already been coached up and retain their knowledge because many of the clowns on our sideline haven't even coached pee wee league.
