I never have said fire dabo I like what he's doing but also if the streak continues another year or two then a decision has to be made on whether or not the fans can accept that, I can't. We haven't beat them since Cullen Harper was at the helm. I do think 2014 will be the year we take back the reigns in football but if not then the issue needs to be addresses

Jack has led Clemson Baseball to National heights, always highly ranked and doing so in the best BB conference in America, his misfortune is that during his tenure his heated rival has been one of the best if not the best BB teams in the country, two National championships, 6 appearances in the CWS final and the winningest program in CBB of late, he was just unlucky to face that outcome, but he is a very coach. If you rate a coaching CBB by national rankings, regionals, super regionals and CWS appearances, he succeeds in all aspects. The guy just had the dumb luck of coaching while SC became the national powerhouse they have become. The ACC is still the best CBB conference along with the Pac12, and Jack always has Clemson at the top of the ACC. That 6-23 record versus SC lately is getting long in the tooth though.

Dabo has kept afloat with several Conf tittle game appearances, 2 BCS Bowls winning 1 of each. I actually think Holbrooke isn't that good of a coach. They are the opposite from the type of teams that won the CWS. We have to keep LeCroy, keep recruiting & we'll be fine in BBall. They are going to recruit well coming off those 2 CWS titles but even their insiders have admitted the gap has closed significantly talent wise & you can see it. Even though we've lost most of them, all these games going back to the CWS face off were competitive & close late. Just have to break thru mentally.
I think we have to beat USC @ home this yr or it goes to 7. Maybe not b/c they lose so much next yr & While we'll probably have an experienced QB in '15 when they don't , they do have the nation's longest home winning streak & unbelieveably have turned that sh*thole into a legit HF advantage. If we do lose to a ranked team with a lot of experience offensively, we don't need to panic & call for Dabo's head. We are very young on Offense but are super talented & this rivalry WILL turn back, soon.
This year I imagine they will have their best Offense under SOS returning all OL, RB, WR/TE ( - Ellington) & a somewhat experienced QB that has won here. However, we should have 1 of the best DL's in the nation & if the secondary plays well, a top rated D. Their OT's are overrated & I think this time around we get to DT.
We also have a really good chance to totally kick their a$$ in state for the '15 cycle. I believe we will sign the best OL class in the nation. We have to be patient w/ Dabo. I think after Spurrier hangs it up ( has to be in next 2-3 yrs ), the tide will turn. I think his age is already effecting their recruiting. I don't know what more another HC could do. I don't think we need to set our programs back despite success just b/c they are in the midst of their best athletic era ever, particularly in Football.
