Not that I'm making the parallel here--I'm 100% not at all--but I'm reminded of a personal anecdote.

Both of my brothers are SCAR grads. In 2018, one of them made a comment like "I saw you guys got all excited about signing Trevor Lawrence. I don't see it. I don't think he'll ever amount to much. But WE just signed Dakereon Joyner, and I think he'll win the Heisman before he's done as our QB."
