Here is my Saturday update, and for those of you standing by computers, I have a time and date for you.
The Clemson Board of Trustees Compensation Committee is meeting at 9 am Monday to discuss football assistant coaches. I've been told this is only about the replacement hire or hires, and has nothing to do with current assistants' salaries or raises.
And yes, it appears the two leading candidates are Matt Luke for OL and Chris Rumph for DE. I will either be in person at the BOT meeting or online with them.

on the way out ,saying Clemson wouldn't win Championships.
So yes, Dabo's giving the Man a second chance after quitting and talking crap on the way out. If those 2 have mended fences ,THANK God, because Chris" recruiting/coaching ability was never in question
Looks like he's now ALLIN !!!! As fans we should support it !!!

I was going to say this. I love Chris, he was there when I worked for the team my senior year. Players loved him and his a fun guy to be around, but he talked some #### when he left.

This is extremely huge news if we land them. But why would we not let Eason take over the entire line and hire Rumph as LB coach. I really don’t think Porkchop is the answer at that position long term.

Chris Rumph would be willing to give up defensive line coach in the NFL for a DE coaching job in college?! That’s the kind of hire I’m looking for! A proven commodity with experience.
Matt Luke would be a home run for sure! He’s had great success as an o line coach and won a national championship as such recently.
Keary Colbert (USC Trojans) would be my choice for wr coach. He has produced some great receivers at USC.
Jerrod Johnson (Indianapolis colts) offensive quality control/ player development to replace Cole Stoudt.
Those would make a huge impact on the deficiencies we’ve seen as of the last three years plus. Swing for the fences! Why not have a dream team if the best coaches money can buy.

I am happy that Dabo is hiring qualified coaches who have a proven track record of developing players and a resume that extends farther than just saying I played with/for Dabo, or he's my best friend. Time to get back " Best is the Standard. "
