TDP said that the school can't sponser fund donations. Collecting on public property, regardless of the organization or the situation, is a violation of the waiver. So, no donations at the game...

and NON Clemson boosters were forbidden from donating anything to the cause. It would still have been considered preferential treatment shown to Ray Ray simply because he was an athlete.

I think you can't deduct money given to help an individul. Wheover you give money to would have to have non-pofit status to allow your gift to be tax deductible.
