Rivalry week used to be the week before thanksgiving if I remember correctly and the first weekend of football was always in august. So next year we get the last weekend in August while keeping the week after Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is Nov 28 next year instead of Nov 22, so everyone gets an extra week. Basically there are 15 weeks to play 12 teams plus a conference title game.

This is exactly how it was supposed to work when the NCAA went to a 12 game schedule. On the years that Thanksgiving falls in the last week of Novenber, teams will have 2 bye weeks. This also happens in 2014.

The Gamecocks are scheduled to have a bye right before Florida and then another one immediately after that and before they face Clemson?
I don't see anything wrong with South Carolina's OOC schedule. Us, North Carolina and two patsies. Pretty standard stuff.
Also, once again, how does the SEC already have a schedule set now but we will have to wait until March of next year?
