The ones that I’ve run across since getting home from the game Saturday have no idea they lost. I haven’t bothered to tell them.

We really hit the jackpot when they handed out rivals.

It’s always been that way. As long as losing by 21 is a good thing our domination will continue.

LOL that is a good one. He didn't stop to think by calling us a midget conference what that makes them. Losing by 3 TD's to a member of a midget conference? They can't stand the fact they are irrelevant and say the dumbest things to try and make themselves feel better

Jake not being honored as SEC player of the week has to do with the fact that his QBR was only 73. That metric takes into account all the yardage earned and plots it against the time played when the game was in doubt. Obviously, most of his yards were accumulated long after the game's outcome had been determined. In other words, for the dim-witted SCAR fans, his yardage and TDs scored late in the game did not matter.

Jake Bentley put on a he1l of a performance, which

made the game more exciting.
Although most of us (and a whole lot of Gamecock fans) never doubted the outcome, Bentley's strikes were well-executed, and he does deserve credit. The problem is they were about the only good part of the Gamecock efforts, they lost by three touchdowns, and the SEC is all about Bama, Georgia and other teams not called the Gamecocks right now.
Frankly, I'm afraid South Carolina is finding itself in about the same position it experienced in the ACC, where the control was anywhere but in our state.

Bentley got screwed by the SEC ... no doubt.

It pains me to admit it, but he looked like a great QB last Saturday and that performance (even in losing cause) was pretty amazing. It may have been an anomaly, but for that one game, he was the best in the SEC.

I don't think the $EC, or anyone else outside of the greater Richland County area, recognizes moral victories.

I think it shows the lack of respect for chicken football felt throughout their conference.
