No discussion about the Arby's in Clemson closing?

This could have major recruiting ramifications. See chic-fil-a last year. That beef n cheddar is good mood food.

Chipotle is at least twice as good as Arby's.

so does Chipotle/Moes follow the Lowes/Home Depot model?

and Church's/Bojangles?
never quite understood that - these are always found across the street from each other. Not sure who is the follower in these situations.

Hmmm it'll put Moe's out of business for sure. I don't know if Moe's has just gotten worse or if all the new places are just better, but Moe's tastes awful to me compared to Chipotle or Qdoba.

I've usually had a few before I go there and I always think it actually looks good and then I eat it and wonder why did I waste my money on this????

I would guess that the reason Arby's doesn't market
Jun 25, 2012, 2:07 PM

their sauces to retail/grocery is that if they ever sold it anywhere else, NO ONE would actually go in their restaurants. I know I try to obtain/steal as much sauce as possible every time I'm in there for home use.

contained bottles of Arby's sauce, Arby's spicy 3 pepper sauce, and Chic-fil-a sauce, I'd eat out a whole lot less. (I'd still go to Chic-fil-a regularly, but I'd love to have that sauce to put on other stuff)

Arbys would have stood a better chance if they would have put up a new video ordering board with extremely fast wifi and maybe some stats like how many served. you know cell phone boosters in the place. because just like everything in Clemson we know that Arbys is fairly priced. Maybe 4 dollar water would have kept it a float...

If anything, not having an Arby's is a good thing. Arby's is some of the sh*ttiest food I've ever had in my life. I only ate there once, and only made it a couple of bites through the sandwich...that was all I needed to see.
I don't understand why slimy, faux-st beef would ever appeal to anyone.
