Another reason I love being at Clemson games- win or lose

During yesterday's brutal loss, while standing during the 4th inning watching only about 4 players leaving the dugout to shake veteran's hands, it was obvious that they would not get to everyone standing. After they returned to the dugout without getting to my section, I looked around to see a lady whose seat was on the aisle 4 or 5 rows below mine standing there to shake my hand and thank me for my service. That meant more to me than having a player's handshake knowing that she did not want me to be left out .There is nothing like Clemson!

standing a couple of rows below. They didn't make it to his seat, so we, MfOjr and I, went down to shake his hand and thank him. We could tell he appreciated the gesture. I have the upmost respect for the ones that spend their time defending this country. It's one thing I wish I had done.
