As long as there has been a 110 Society (and previous Clemson NIL iterations also), there have been these kind of posts. I imagine they are a part of the contracts.

The vast majority of Tiger fans that aren’t iptay donors already aren’t on X muchless following players on X. There’s much more they could be doing to get 110 in front of the every day joe Tiger fan and show them how to donate small transactions. Those are the millions of donations that are going to add up over a years time. If I had to guess I’d say 95% of Clemson’s fan base have no idea how to even start to donate to 110.

It’s sad these guys have to beg while other programs hand out millions like it’s candy. I don’t like it either, but to keep these guys, you gotta pay for them and God’s Name Image and Likeness doesn’t buy fancy cars or gold chains.

I think this is fairly common among schools now. I have heard donors at other schools complain about being badgered to give.

In my day they were begging us to join IPTAY to support the program. Same song different verse. I honestly don’t think we can avoid it much longer and not begin to have a negative impact.
If losing 7 commits or 1/3 of your recruiting class doesn’t get your attention then maybe nothing will.

I have no problem with it. If the fans want to win, then here is your chance to contribute to paying the players. Clemson us a lot of fans , if they would contribute 300-500 per family. It would help Clemson to compete with everyone else.
