visitors AGAIN tomorrow against Kentucky. Does anyone know why in the world this is the case?? A 2-0 team should never be the visiting team, and most definitely not at a home regional.

1. Because the NCAA is run by a bunch is idiots.

2. Because if there is another game after that one, we will be home team for the last one. (Assuming the idiots don’t make it a coin flip).

Clemson and UK were both home team in their first games

Since they were the higher seed.

Then they were both away in their second games since they were playing teams who had both been away previously, so that gives both of us 1 game as away team and 1 game as home team.

Kentucky was away against Northwestern today since both Kentucky and Northwestern has had 1 away and 1 home game, and the last time they played it had been KY as home and NW as away.

So now KY has played the same number of "home" games and a higher number of "away" games, so they will be the home team in our next game.

Now, I think we're gonna win, but if we don't we would have 1 home and 2 away games, and KY would have 2 of both, so we'd become the home team since we have the same number of away games and we'd have been the away team in the previous game.

The same formula has been used (and complained about here) during the baseball regionals for years. Higher seed gets home in first game, and then it's based on who has played the most away games, and then based on previous head to head home/away.
