Clemson will eventually depart the ACC along with FSU. But I don't thing anyone knows at this point when that will happen. If we have not won the money issue with the ACC where will the exit fee come from? must have a BIG donor!

I don't believe they will ever announce a departure until they know exactly how much it is going to cost them to leave, where that money is going to come from, and how much that impacts the budgets of the entire athletic program.
This prediction is nothing more than wishful thinking right now and should be thrown in the junk pile of all the other similar prognostications.

College football’s regular season is played in Summer and Autumn. Weather would be more of a concern for the baseball and softball programs if Clemson ends up in the B1G.

Did you hear this one? The B1G is letting out rumors of Clemson and FSU going to the B1G to force the SEC to take them along with UNC, NC St, UVA and one other to get them to 20. Then the Big12 woud go after 4 ACC schools Miami, Louisville, and 2 others to get them to 20. This would end the ACC at which point the B1G would go after who they really want, their crown jewel ND and 1 other to get to 20.
The Super 3 will be born.

B1G says no Clemson or FSU home conference games until the middle of October, unless with each other or TA&M! They may offer Maryland as a sacrifice, since they did it in the past.
