In our last outing, we seemed to have a starting problem, and a middle problem, too. We just never seemed to be in sync. Maybe it’s just a temporary fluke. I surely hope so. I didn’t like what I saw, and while Dabo pointed out the positive stats, the fact is we didn’t handle our business. Duke did handle theirs. It looked like our Offense was a continuation of Streeter’s ( or Dabo’s), and that just hasn’t been good enough lately. Let’s get it fixed. Garrett Riley’s has looked great at his previous stops. Let’s let him do his thing please, Dabo.

I'd like to see our offensive play call not be so complicated with pull lineman and delayed reads..just line up and push or play action pass. The play where Cade and Shipley got tangled up and fumbled, the play Cade was going with required him to run parallel to the goalline and try to run wide and around the line.. Thats gift wrapping it for a defense that is collapsing at the goalline. All you're doing with that play call is giving them time to get to you. Now if he's pulling and passing then it makes sense but.... JUST scrap the mesh/read plays at the goalline please.. its too cutesy and too dangerous when it doesn't have to be that way.
