If there aren't changes soon we are going to start bleeding Defensive starters to the portal.
The hallmark of any quality organization is how it handles change and limits bias in decision making. I know Dabo has his 'system' to 'evaluate the program' but if you know you are making a change just get on with it.
The longer we go the more I think Goodwin is going to get another year. Some top talent is thinking the same way.
Change needs to be swift and decisive to be effective or there is going to be consequences.
