I'm at a loss guys. No clue what to do now

Heat keeps going out in the truck. It will be hot on the passenger side and mildly warm on the driver side. Sometimes it's not hot at all on either side. Sometimes it's hot on both sides.
I've replaced driver side blend door actuator.
I've flushed the entire system twice with chemical flush stuff
I've flushed the heater core 4 times already.
I have no idea what the problem is anymore.
It's time to sell but hell I doubt I'll get what I paid for it unless I pull the same tricks those ######## pulled on me when I bought it.
Do we have a mechanic on the board?

It can't be the heater core bad or I would have water in the floorboard.
Either I still have that old antifreeze flaking somewhere or it's another issue I can't think of
At least this has taught me a lot about fixing trucks, and how not to buy one.

Is the heater control vacuum operated, or cable operated?

Heat on passenger side. Warm on driver side. Noticeable difference. I'll flush the heater core and have really hot air for a couple of days then it goes back to really hot on passenger side and warm on driver side. Already replaced driver side blend door actuator. When I turn it to 60, it gets really cold, Turn it to 90 gets warm on driver side. So blend door actuator is working. Only thing I can think of is there is still trash somehow in the water and it's getting stuck in the heater core.

I'd guess the vacuum assist solenoid (before the blend door) has a tear or hole in the diaphragm and needs to be replaced. Or maybe the controller is broken.
Have you google searched this? IMO this has been one of the few things the internet and social media forums have actually improved in life--if there is a car (or anything) that is broken, someone has fixed it and wrote about it.

Guess it’s possible but I don’t think I’ve seen vacuum actuation on climate control since the 90s and maybe 2000’s relics that stayed around too long like the TJ Wrangler.

Its probably a combo vacuum/electric.

I had a buddy that had an '05 Tahoe that he fixed the rear AC about 3 times in the time I lived next door to him. It was vacuum/electric--all the way in the back; hence, why it required often repair.
This is GM we are talking about, so it requires a bit of a paradigm refresh of "Why in the #### would they do THAT?"

He asked me to come help because the cooling fan wasn’t working. I figured we would pop on a new fan clutch if crankshaft driven, or worst case, a new electric fan motor.
Nope, on the 5.2 V8’s they had, for whatever reason, a hydraulic pump that ran the fan.

I can't imagine the amount of engineering money they went through to do that. I just wonder if Chrysler engineers just hated electric fans? Didn't it have its own engine driven pump, too? I had a '98 GC and I remember seeing that on there. There's no way it saved any HP/fuel use.

I'd try setting your nuts up flat on the tool bench and hitting them with the rubber hammer.

juice to push the water through effectively.
Also it's time to replace the serpentine belt. Don't think it's slipping but that might be a cause too.
At this point there's so much #### that needs to be fixed on it one just leads into another and neither are the root cause.
