I remember very well that the only way we would ever get a 5 star player would be if he and his family had been a life time Tiger. Other than that, it didn't happen. Everything we are now is all bc of Terry Don trusted and believe in Dabo Swinney, and Dabo Swinney believing in himself. Not very many if anybody thought that Dabo on December 1, 2008 would end up being one of the best Head Coaches ever at Clemson University with a record of 75–27 after 102 games with big time bowl wins and a trip to the NC title game with a 14-0 season before the 5 point loss in the title game. Can you imagine how crazy everybody would have thought we were, and how they would have laughed at us if we told them this would be Dabo Swinney in 2016, on December 1, 2008!!! We would have been asked if we understood just how stupid we were sounding, and that we were living in a dream fantasy... Gooooo Dabo!!!!

ridiculous! Great time to be a Tiger!.....and it doesn't appear that it's slowing down any time soon with these young men. If we hit on 50% of our "primary targeted recruits", we'll be phenomenal! I admit I see things with orange colored glasses, but we seem to "hit" on 60%+(?) of our recruits in general. CBV turns 3* and sometimes 2* guys into top 4+/-round draft picks! Mac Alexander, the D's. 5* "prize" recruit" in the secondary 4 years ago now, is off to the NFL with a year of eligibility left.....as are our safeties.
