I've never seen a freshman come in like this guy and play so well so quickly. I know beer mashed his freshman year but he was a top prospect coming in. Cam was the 4th rated shortstop... in the state of SC. Perfect game had him as the 96th rated freshman in the ACC preseason. On top of that he's new to center field and killing it on defense. He's got the type of natural batting ability you have to be born with; I can't wait to see what he does after spending more time in our weight room.

He has been phenomenal! Hopefully he doesn’t try to change his game. He is a ideal lead off batter with great speed.

1000% agree. His upside is way higher than Seth's. Lets be honest, if he progresses like we think he will, he's a top 10 pick. Game changer.

I hate to risk jinx but I honestly see him becoming the next Derek Jeter with a huge difference. He'll be a Clemson man. Saying, He'll stay humble and hungry and rep the paw.

We all may be getting way ahead of ourselves but I can see a tremendous difference in All the players. Ingle is making himself some money... and he didn't really play since Monte was hung on frenchie.

Will Taylor is really just a freshman. A few pinch hit bats last year but no game experience. That throw to home last night was a thing of beauty.

The future looks extremely bright. We have an amazing class coming in.

We have a pitcher coming in from Michigan next year. My wife is from the same town he is. It’s like a German village. The kid is really good. He is 95 96 with his fastball. He has a great change and very high spin rate. Hopefully he makes it to campus! I understand a kid taking money if they are drafted high enough.

Reminds me of Shane Monahan , he should only get better, love this kid and this team, they are playing with a different energy and mindset than earlier in the season.

He reminds me a lot of Shane Monahan who played in the early 90's and may still hold some Tiger records. I would love to see more of our hitters approach Rusty Atkins record of ZERO strike outs for an entire year.
