Basketball question: I never got the rationale behind switching the orientation

of the court during the renovation of LittleJohn. But, even so, why did we not simply move the cameras so that the TV view would mimic what it had always been? The primary view being BEHIND the player benches sucks, to put it mildly.

My guess is the location of the premium club. Isn’t that the preferred height for the camera? I agree it’s not great because we can’t see the benches during game action and the tv audience gets to see all those empty club seats for the entire game.

I think the club should have been located on an end during the renovation. Apparently those in the club prefer to sit up inside and watch on tv anyhow. Each game validates they either rarely attend and/or don’t appreciate the premium view.

empty premium seating area, and a bad game view for the tv audience, makes sense (cents?), much less dollars.

Since you are new to Clemson I can help you. The new spending is for player centric facilities, not the general arena.
