I'm close with one of our biggest donors, the kind with locker room and sideline access, and he told me all of this.

He chose to go heavy into the portal in year 1 to have year success.

Starters are yound and inexperienced.

Also also lost his OC and starting QB from last year.

Not sure I understand this statement? Dabo had a bunch of "Yes men" and he fired 2 of them last year, Streeter and Austin.

Include Wes in that group. He is 100 percent a yes man.

Being a yes man doesn't get the job done. Just go out and hire the best you can find, and then mold the team to a way it works.
