it is HIGH SCHOOL. But, here is the thing....A 70 yard pass, ON THE MONEY,is a 70 yard pass on the money...ANYWHERE YOU THROW IT.

I hope he doesn't have to. I hope we get whoever is the QB next season enough time to actually look past the 1st receiver. I also hope that our QB can actually get the passes to our open receivers. It's time for the funk we've been in to end.

They play in the best division of high school football in Texas. In South Carolina they would be like Summerville or Gaffney, and all of the biggest high schools.

Westlake and the other top nine 6A schools in TX would beat most DIII schools and would be competitive in first couple of the playoff rounds.... All the TX metropolitan HS 5A and 6A football programs are funded and run like college programs.... Hope Dabo and staff are committed to recruiting TX hard from now on....

4 or 5 this year and same next year.... Duncanville, Galena (and other Houston area schools), Guyer, Carroll, Allen, etc.... have similar talent.... TX is filthy rich with HS football talent....

.... their recruiting pipeline was full of TX HS players.... Have you seen the movie Friday Night Lights? The Dallas area team in the championship game, Carter HS, was The U's source for at least a couple of top classes....

Not a fisherman myself.... Not sure where any "clear streams" are (LOL), but I understand that Lake Fork in east TX is good for bass fishing....

Yes.... Looks like Comal or Guadalupe rivers near New Braunfels.... Been more than a few years since I've been down that way.... Mostly river rafting or canoeing when my kids were young.... Clear and cold on hot summer days!

The movie was inaccurate.... Permian wasn't in the championship game, and Carter later had their championship revoked for playing with academically ineligible players...

All over it! +1 I look forward to seeing him as a Tiger. Who knows? Maybe h I shudder everytime I see DJ trying a run play. I hope Cade's arrival will snap DJ out of his funk, and we'll actually have 2 serviceable QB's.

I'm sure Dabo and Cade have expressed interest in some of the other players on the team. As well as communicated the Clemson way of recruiting. Love the receiver as DrOrange and others were posting during the game.

Other than his throwing ability he is far better to run our rpo than what we have now. He ran 200m track in hs and DJ looks like a 350lb tackle running the option.

...He will NOT get that luxury of time, NOR will he have that slack of coverage.
He is GOOD, and I am looking forward to seeing him in the spring.
However, how he translate to the college big time will be interesting to see.

He has less arm than Trevor (every QB in history does) but excellent touch. He drops a rainbow on the back shoulder like a champ. He also has nice wheels when needed. He is going to change our offense for sure.
