Seriously if there is enough of the piece that broke off, I’d drill a hole in the 2 pieces and join them with a dowel and glue
Recreating that leg is going to be a beech- even if it looks right, getting it the exact length so the table doesn’t rock will be tricky

You will have to notch out the sides and put some wood plates on either side like splints but, I can’t think of the word, sort of counter sunk but with a flat piece of wood.
If you get the depth and width right it shouldn’t be too noticeable if you can match the color.
Does that make sense?

it is underneath and you wont see them. Lowe's and HD have all kinds of splices. Also, the screw can be moved if you dowel it. Just use little angles instead of the screw.

table than I'm imagining. Have access to a bandsaw? Jigsaw would also work, but wouldn't be as clean. Sandpaper and stain will get you close enough that somebody would have to look pretty hard at a table leg to notice it isn't OEM. You could even router out the solar system, but I wouldn't fug with that, personally.

The circles are done with a router, but a matching bit is going to be hard to find, you can get close with round saw blades and sanding.

Get about a 1in thick piece of walnut.
Remove the leg and any hardware from it.
Trace out the rough outline of the piece and cut that with a bandsaw/jigsaw.
Next, get some CA glue and activator, alogn with painter's tape - put a strip of painter's tape on the leg and on the piece of walnut. On one half, apply CA glue on the strip of painters tape. spray the activator on the other piece of tape. Stick the two together so you have the leg piece and the walnut effectively as one. Nex go around the walnut on the router with a flush trim bit. You should now have a second leg that you can attach the hardware to. drill any counter sink holes in , and then attach the new leg to the original piece of furniture.

I think you could make it if you have:
a router
a bandsaw
lots of glue
lots of patience
a decent sander
my first thought would be to create the piece out of a 1x8 like this:
might take 3 of those?
to be glued and clamped tightly for glue to dry.
then you have to route the circles. that could be TOUGH to get it right unless you are skilled at routing....
might require a good bit of sanding to get the pieces dead on to fit.
OR
if you have a high end badsaw, you glue the 3 boards together from the beginning and then cut the piece per the template.
go the 2nd route of that is an option. but we are talking a very high end, large bandsaw.
but then again, I am pretty new at woodworking.

I bought a piece of wood from HD.
I traced out the original and cut with a jigsaw.
Light sanding.
I stained it with espresso (didn't look too good), then I went with paint match. Looks more betterer.
Going to stick it on there and let it sit in the back, see if noticeable. I'm not worried about the design.

then a couple/three 1/8" holes through the break in the leg, counter sink each with a bit matching a dowel and the cut the dowel a little long and sand it flush.
You have to pick locations for the screws and try and find places and angles which will strengthen the joint.
It looks like it might be difficult to clamp but if you can find someone to help you can fit the leg in place, drill the holes then glue the leg in place and have the screw to hold it tight while it dries.
It looks painted so the repair shouldn't be noticed without a close inspection by someone looking for a flaw.
