What chall planing to cook/eat on the fourth?

We're doing ribs and a brisket. And whatever wife and inlaws whip up. Should be peach cobbler, pound cake, green beans, brown rice, and probably broccoli salad.
Debating smoking the ribs in the smoker with the brisket or doing the oven/grill combo. Can do either. Probably put the ribs on around the brisket stall. Cook 3 hours with the ribs unwrapped and brisket wrapped than wrap ribs and hope they both finish same time.

Buddy that knows Beaufort pretty well (has a niece there) loves that place. Will check out the others, and yes agree, will mostly be seafood.
