Not to mention escaping against Arkansas, an anemic 17-3 over UCF and a 10 point home beatdown to Texas.
It's a sham and you're as pathetic as the CFP committee for making a statement so absurd. The CFP has no credibility, nor do you. It's not even a playoff anymore, it's an invitational.
Tell the student-athletes college football would die without an SEC being in. You sound like one of those jacklegs on ESPN.

Close games will happen in college football. It’s part of things every year. However, given the statistical improbability of Alabama converting 4th and 31, I mean it’s gotta be something like swishing a full court shot at the end of a bball game. It’s very hard not to consider that W as a loss. It was the p-I-$-$-iest college football win in years. And Bond pushed off which makes it even worse.

Lastly, RenDick..I sent 2 great & now highly successful kids to Clemson, USCjr & UGa-Law Schools and I do not harbor dislike to either school they went to or like.

Only the 4 team playoff died to be reincarnated as a 12-team playoff which will allow more good teams to get into the mix going forward. This change is coming at the right time, or maybe a year too late.
This would have been the year where excluding the SEC would not have mattered at all.
