You just stated what will be a very unpopular opnion on this board. That said the kid an play and very well could win it. By the way, Mac Jones may have some say in it as well. Kid is having a monster year so far.

ETN should get it! Has broken a historic record, I the midst of all of the other chaos in NCAA and ACC, he has been the constant through everything!

Do I think TL16 should win it? Absolutely.
But, after the DW4 debacles...I don't count on it.

Mac Jones or Najee Harris from Bama will win it. Fields won’t have a body of work by voting time & TL16 will have missed at least two games. Clemson has been touting TL16 for it up until now so it will be impossible to suddenly start pumping Travis for it. IMHO the way Dabo came out with the announcement TL16 will be a no-show at ND next week makes me wonder if Trevor has simply decided to forego the remaining year and focus on getting healthy for turning pro.

Trevor will be out of the ND game per ACC protocol.

Your assumption about him foregoing the rest of the season is nothing more than wishful thinking on your part.

So, 4 or 5 days TL was discussing the possibility of coming back for his fourth year, and today he's giving up the rest of this season to prep for the draft.
Jones or Harris may win, but I would bet on Fields. It's as much about what region of the country the voters represent as is it the players talent. Fields has most of one region and part of a second region strongly supporting him.

joke). Mac Jones is like most QB's at Bama: game managers that throw balls to NFL receivers.
Harris winning it would be fine with me. He's a great player and a top-level talent.

Watson did not get robbed. The heisman is a regular season award. Mccaffery should have won it in 2015 and Jackson rightfully won it in 2016. If the heisman were awarded after the post season Watson would have 2.

He is a great player. He and TL are by far the best 2 players in the country. Whoever gets it is well deserving.

and just as TL16, Covid is still out there and very contagious. Not hoping anything on anyone, but just as much possibility if not more considering Ohio rate of infection.
