It's been a long time since we been ranked this long at a time.
I don't think we have finished a year ranked except last season in 5-6 year prior.
Good job boys CLEMSON baseball is coming back.

And of course from 1999 to 2010 we finished in the top 15

And during that same run we finished in the top 5 four times. 1 of every 3 years during that run was a top 5 finish.

I punish myself by reading their articles every so often. They have a brain trust of a whole 2 people that decide on their Top 25 each week. I think they simply hate being wrong so much that they can't admit that their preseason rankings were not spot on. I honestly give a rat's @ss what D1 thinks of us. If we take the UVA series this weekend, we'll start getting some more love.

I was reading every bodies post to if it was noticed, D1 baseball voters are reeking with biases. They made sure they got 4 sec schools in the top 8. Clemson is 12-3 and they ranked us 13th, coots 11-5 with 2 of their losses to Clemson, and ranked them 8th over us!!! They couldn't have shown their biases between USUC and Clemson any more if they tried harder!!!

I'm curious as to why d1 baseball is biased? Stupid, yes. But why are they biased for SC and against Clemson? What reason would they have for being biased?

They loved some CLEMSON going into the regional
As a national seed.
But we ran into a buzz saw that could pitch and had a vacuum of a infield.
I believe our pitching could allow us a deep run this season.
If we can score some runs vs really good teams.

I hope. I think we really don't know a lot about our team yet, other than we might struggle to score runs this year. It's like the equivalent of starting 4-0 in football, by beating SC State, Tulane, WF, NC State. It looks good but doesn't tell you a whole lot. Hopefully our pitching continues to dominate and the bats wake up.

once coach gets the lineup set with pinder leading off and williams in the 4 hole things will pick up. williams is still kinda in spring training after the injury, seth aint gonna hit .230 and davidson will most definitely come around. just need 7-9 to just be average and i could see us going up 2 to 3 runs a game on average.
