These are the teams losing starting QB's and seem to be in the most need of exp from the portal.

He's not going to go somewhere that "needs experience". He's going to go somewhere to be QB1 again, in a situation that he thinks will help his NFL opportunity.

He wouldn’t start at Arizona, USC, Miami or Oregon next year. Washington is probably going after Cam Ward or Will Rogers. Michigan State is likely unless Oregon states backup transfers there first. Someone mentioned cal, that would make sense, or maybe a mountain west team like unlv. Good luck to him wherever it ends up being
