omg, omg, doesn't matter he won't see the field until swag kelly leaves. I am sure there will be plenty of QB's wanting to come play at Clemson. So tired of these updates on high school kids.

I understand he is a junior in high school.... But to commit to a school means you are 100% committed... He is truly not committed and think he should have waited longer to make his decision.

her junior year in high school. She's pretty mature for her age, but it would have been absolutely absurd for her to have made a "commitment" of that magnitude as a 15 year old, halfway through her sophomore year.
Besides, I've already told her she's going to Clemson.

but when you commit, you need to stay, unless something unforseen happens (fraud, molestation, recuiting violations; you get the picture)

He shouldn't have committed, if he weren't COMMITTED, and 85% isn't COMMITTED, IMO.

I'm definitely not a big fan of early commitments. He should not have committed. But if something as simple as Chad Morris leaving and him not meshing well with the next OC, or even if Chad Kelley were to be half as good as he thinks he is, I would not fault the kid for looking elsewhere. This is business folks. I verbal commitment is certainly not binding. I hope we get him, because evidently he is the real deal, but with the way Dabo and crew are recruiting I am not terribly worried. I'm actually a little more concerned about losing Elijah Daniels to be honest.

I wonder if anybody at the Florida schools said that about CJ with regard to choosing Clemson a few years ago?
I'm not worried, it's just a more pressing thing because it's a little late in the game for ED to want to broaden his recruitment.
