'Bama when all's said n' done w/ Saban. He is the guy of coot faith that can be heard here from 3-6pm M-F. He at least speaks somewhat respectfully about Clemson despite mostly referring to the ACC n' anybody in it as a minor football conference. One thing I will say about this is that I will not be afraid to lose Dabo to 'Bama. With what we can pay our coaches I know we'll get an able mind. After he leaves we will finally be able to hire my dream coach, Jon Gruden!!! Come to Da Valley, Jon!!!!!!!!!

I think after the success that Saban has had in Tuscalooosa, Bama will more likely go after the best available candidate, no matter if they have a connection to Alabama or not. I don't know that Dabo would be high enough on that list.

Yes, and he has a large following of both Clemson and USuC listeners. He is up front about the fact that he is a gamecock, but he does a better job of covering CLemson than I coud about sc. Listen long enough and his show will have you laughing.

They talk Saban's successors quite a bit and I would say Dabo's name is bandied about as much as anyone's.
Saban will be a tough gig to follow but could you imagine Dabo recruiting with that horsepower behind him?

He does seem very full of himself on MNF; heard he'll be calling the Outback w/ Tirico. He seems like a very motivational guy but probably not willing to coach anywhere again anyhow especially at the collegiate level.
