Actually, it is a VERY good one, for the following reasons:

1. Nobody expected the Chiefs to lose to the LIONS, just as nobody in Clemson Nation expected us to lose to DUKE.
2. One, above was true, even though the Lions finished the season very strong last year, and had a 9-8 record after starting the season 1-6. They were EXPECTED to be better this year, just like Duke.
Now, the DIFFERENCE seems to be, all the bandwagon Clemson fans have jumped off, left us for dead, even though past performance says we will rebound and still have a very good season. And, contrary to current narratives, the CFP is NOT out of reach now. Lots of season left to go for us and everybody else. CHIEFS fans are for sure not happy this morning, but I doubt they are jumping off Arrowhead thinking the season is over.

That was a good game. Lions are a good team. Chiefs lost a couple of good lineman during free agency and it showed.

I see your point but the Tigers have lost 3 of their last 4 games. This is not a "one off" issue. I've never been a "the sky is falling" guy. But I have to say I am very, very concerned.

pro teams, like NFL, MLB & NBA... they can make the playoffs if they barely finish over 500. They have a shot, and might make a late run to the championship. This does not exist in college football. Going 6-6 in CFB gets you in the Depends Leakage Bowl. But you know this.
