Somebody needs to bust out the Pythagorean theorem.
Think the ball traveled 55 total yards downfield, but he threw from the right hash to the left sideline.

Cade released the ball from our own 23 yard line.

Turner caught it on the UNC 23

That's a linear difference of 54. He was about 1 yard inside the right hash. The space between the hashes is 40', so he was 37 feet from the left hash. The left hash is 60' from the side line. Turner was about 2 yards from the side line so about (60 + 37) - 6 is 91 linear feet east to west which is right at 27 linear yards. Throw was at about a 45 degree angle so cut that in half. 13.5 yards. 54 + 13.5 = 67.5 yards.
I'm no mathematician so maybe one can come along and tell me this is wrong.

Arm Strength vs Velocity

Not gonna lie, I was impressed when I saw Cade launch that ball -- he's got good arm strength!
I think the knock on him is he's not going to throw bullets like we saw with DJ or TL but I think I've heard a time or two that throwing a catchable ball can make all the difference and so far this year we've seen in at least three games (GA Tech - UNC - Cuse) that he can throw a very catchable ball.

About 55 yards in air

20 to 20 would be 60 yards, but it was a couple past the 20 and a couple shy of the other 20. I think it was about 55 in air.

Approximately, 63'-64' on a 2D plane.

Actual elliptical distance is unknown.
Otherwise, good job by the side judge to slide down then get up and mark the ball location.
