It's like...this dude claims to have been a surgeon during Vietnam - which would put him close to 75 or even 80, since the conflict was '68-'74. He allegedly donated a kidney, and worked clinics in Haiti, has the "highest tracts of land in Clemson", drives Miuras...okay, sounds amazingly cool so far...
...and it's this narcissist troll, with no apparent character trait beyond sneering contempt, and a headful of Spambot politics like somebody zapped him loopy by beaming every episode of Rush Limbaugh ever right into his brain all at once.
Which begs the question: if this guy's for real, what the @#%^ happened to this guy, and how did all that he accomplished bring him so little fulfillment, wisdom, or grace? The writer in me that is compelled to understand character arcs is fascinated. Part of me thinks this whole story is too fantastical to possibly be true - especially since another poster pointed out Miura's profession is listed as "raconteur", which I had to look up, and means: "a person who tells anecdotes in a skillful and amusing way."
So...probably BS. But the student of the human condition in me almost hopes not.
