Yes, but how much does FSU want to spend? Hugh Sleaze at MSU needs a QB and has money, hookers, cocaine and cars now to hand out. It just means more in the SEC! What a great system!
Sadly, programs that develop players will be like small market teams in pro sports. Thus, rules need to be put in place to foster competition. It will likely end up looking like the NFL system. College is the developmental program for some future NFL players, but with limited free agency rules and no salary cap or revenue sharing.

McCord is likely to end up in USC with Lincoln Riley. No idea where Gabriel lands, MSU is a possibility of course, but I'm sure it'll be where he thinks he can get to the NFL while maximizing his NIL $$$.
