We didn't need one from you Coach Lee , but thank you for your sincerity and your obvious refusal to accept poor play from our team .
However , when you win 46 games and your conference's tournament in your very first year , you get a pass from me for starting out sloppy on the opening weekend of your second year .

Yep it was against a good team with some veterans as well. We are young and missing a couple of our best players we will be fine.

That's the part that makes me wonder where some of the vitriol comes from when on the opening weekend you lose to a team that was a Super Regional team .
Wright State is a good baseball team and Clemson didn't play it's best baseball .

Some are always going to act like it is the end of the world losing a series to a small school. We still have a lot of baseball to play. I believe this team will get it together and has the pieces to be special.

The Raiders lost several key players from their team last year and had a new lineup for this game. This isn't the team from last year. Neither is the coach. This was his FIRST game as the head coach. Off to a good start

16 players who saw action last year our back. No it is not the same team as last year but it is a lot closer to being than our team is.

WSU was not a super regional team. They lost in the final of the Louisville regional going 2-2. They played lights out ball Sunday. We should beat them in a home series though. Our base running and defense are concerns now. Hopefully getting CW back and more exp for the freshmen helps. I for one am glad Monte has such high expectations for his program.

I think just like Dabo the kids want to play for coaches like this. And will transfer into good recruiting.
