I never watch the opening (saw the weird clip on social media) but enjoy the actual sports. Signed up for a month of the Peacock network ($8.99) which allows us to watch emu event plus a split screen channel with 4 events. Since we don’t pay for live TV outside of football season, it was a good option

Between the "fake meat" debacle and the blasphemy of " the last supper", I "cancelled" them from the start. All the trans garbage, the two in boxing and one on the u.s. running team, I checked out and glad for it. What really made me.laugh, though, the paris committee decided that a false start by one of the track runners, in prelims, would be disqualified because of a zero tolerance policy.

But Femke Bol’s closing speed was insane.
The men’s 10K yesterday was epic as well. Probably the best event of the whole Olympics so far. USA got a medal in it for the first time since 1968.
The 100 swimming relay medley just now was great. We edged China thanks to Tori Huske’s great finish. We needed that gold desperately if we want to chase down China in the total gold count

Not watching the Olympics, or more importantly, not supporting our athletes bc you disagree with something politically that is COMPLETELY out of their hands, is LAUGHABLE!!! And DUMB!!! The games have been EPIC!! So sorry u missed it.
