Whew. Still a little hot outside for that IMO.

But if somebody gave me a bowl of it with that smoky Tabasco sauce, a piece of buttered garlic bread, and a cold Oktoberfest, we would all watch it disappear in the twinkle of an eye.

We used to do frogmore stew once a year for our large tailgate. It was a huge hit.
The first time I had to buy 2 of those plastic 5 gal gas containers plus another container to have enough water. My friend told me that was a good idea. I told him it took several cleanings to get the gas taste out. He almost had a stroke.
I have a cooker with a burner like a flame thrower .
It provided a lot of warmth as well as great Frogmore.

For those of you living on the coast or nearby, shrimp boats are loading up on shrimp. I just bought medium shrimp for $4.95 a LB. at McClellanville.
